FP-REALTOR may process clients’ personal data (including name and phone number) to send marketing and informational messages about the company’s products, services, promotions, and events via messaging platforms, including WhatsApp.

The first message sent to the client contains a request for informed consent to receive messages from the company. The client can always choose either to consent or to refuse receiving messages.

The company undertakes to use the client’s data strictly within the scope of the given consent and in compliance with personal data protection laws.

The client may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying with the word “Unsubscribe” in the messenger or by sending an email to info@fprealtor.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”. After receiving the opt-out request, the company commits to stopping the marketing messages within a reasonable time frame.

FP-REALTOR strictly complies with personal data protection regulations and does not disclose the collected information to third parties.

The company applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of clients’ personal data, including message encryption in messengers and restricted employee access to information.
